You must be a verified school admin, teacher, student, or parent with authorized access. Admins must be at least 18 years old to register their school.
Elimu Fiti is an all-in-one academic management platform offering tools for exams, grading, reports, fee management, communication, inventory, and timetabling.
You are responsible for securing your credentials. Sharing login access is discouraged. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
We do not sell your data. All school and student records are securely stored and only used to provide the service. You may request data removal at any time.
Do not upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or misuse the system. We monitor suspicious activity.
Some features are premium and billed accordingly. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to paid modules.
While we back up data regularly, Elimu Fiti is not liable for loss caused by accidental deletions or external disruptions beyond our control.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or security policies. You may also request account deletion through our support channels.
We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms may change occasionally. By continuing to use the system after updates, you agree to the revised terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
