EduVault Policies

Your guide to fair use, revenue sharing, and withdrawals

Revenue Sharing Policy

EduVault operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model designed to reward our hardworking teachers while sustaining platform operations. Every time a material is sold, the proceeds are shared as follows:

The teacher’s earnings are automatically recorded in their dashboard balance upon each successful sale.

Withdrawals and Payments

Teachers can request withdrawals once their account balance meets the minimum threshold (as stated in the dashboard). However, all payments are processed every Saturday to ensure proper reconciliation.

Payments are sent via M-PESA to the phone number registered in your EduVault account. Please ensure your number is correct.

Teacher Approval Policy

To maintain the quality of materials on EduVault, every teacher or vendor must undergo an approval process before uploading or selling materials. The admin will review your qualifications and sample uploads before activation.

Content Ownership and Guidelines

All uploaded materials must be original and authored by the teacher. Any plagiarized or copyrighted content without permission is strictly prohibited.

By uploading to EduVault, you grant the platform permission to display, promote, and sell your materials exclusively through EduVault, while retaining full intellectual ownership.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are issued only in cases of accidental duplicate payments or proven technical errors. Disputes should be directed to support@elimufiti.com for resolution.

Ethical Use and Compliance

Teachers must uphold integrity and professionalism. Misuse of the platform—including fraudulent uploads, spam, or offensive content—will lead to suspension or permanent removal.

Transparency and Accountability

EduVault ensures all transactions are logged and traceable. Teachers can view every sale, commission, and withdrawal in their dashboard. Platform audits are conducted quarterly to maintain financial transparency.

Data Protection and Privacy

EduVault adheres to strict data privacy practices. Your personal and financial information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All sensitive data is encrypted and securely stored.

Prohibited Content Policy

Teachers are strictly prohibited from uploading materials that contain hate speech, explicit content, political propaganda, or false academic information. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

Educational Standards Compliance

Materials uploaded must align with national or regional education standards. Content that misrepresents curriculum objectives or promotes misleading information may be rejected.

Child Protection and Safety

Teachers must ensure that all content is age-appropriate and free from harmful or exploitative material. EduVault has zero tolerance for any form of child endangerment.

Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their uploads comply with copyright laws, licensing terms, and Kenya’s ICT regulatory framework. EduVault will cooperate with authorities in case of any legal infringement.

Partnership and Collaboration Policy

EduVault welcomes collaborations with educational publishers, NGOs, and training institutions that share our mission of empowering teachers through digital innovation.
